1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by Surfnpadde through our website www.surfnpadde.com, via email info@surfnpaddle.com, and in-person activities at our school, located at Praia de Duquesa, Cascais, Portugal. By booking a lesson, purchasing a voucher, or participating in any of our activities, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Payment Terms

All bookings must be made through our website, by phone, via email (info@surfnpaddle.com), or in person.
Payment must be completed at the time of booking. We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods available on our website.
Gift vouchers are valid for [12 month’s] from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Group and private lesson rates vary; please refer to our website for pricing details.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customer Cancellations:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the lesson start time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the lesson start time are non-refundable.

Weather and Safety Cancellations:

If we cancel due to unsafe weather conditions (strong winds, storms, etc.), you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.
If the lesson starts but is cut short due to weather, we will offer a partial refund or rescheduling.
No-Shows: No refunds will be given for no-shows.

4. Participation and Safety Rules

Participants must be in good physical condition and able to swim.
It is the participant’s responsibility to inform the instructor of any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate.
All participants must follow the instructor’s safety instructions. Failure to do so may result in removal from the session without a refund.
Surfnpadde is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during activities unless due to gross negligence on our part.

5. Liability Waiver

By booking a lesson, participants acknowledge that paddleboarding and surfing are water sports that involve inherent risks. Surfnpadde, its instructors, and affiliates will not be held liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal property during participation.

6. Privacy Policy

We collect and store customer data only for booking and communication purposes.
We do not share personal data with third parties without consent.
Customers have the right to request deletion of their personal data.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on www.surfnpadde.com, including images, text, and videos, is the property of Surfnpadde and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cascais, Portugal.
